Installation Guide
Substrate: Asphalt or Concrete base
Each Grizzly Court needs to start with a solid foundation consisting of either an asphalt or concrete substrate base.
Grizzly Mat
- Dynaflex Grizzly Mat is a revolutionary, patent technology that provides a free-floating permanent crack repair mat layer that contours to substrate eliminating dead spots, is thermally stable and isn’t susceptible to vapor transmission.
Grizzly Binder
- Dynaflex Grizzly Binder is a premium quality emulsion designed to provide superior adhesion and prevent water permeation of the Grizzly Mat surface.
- Dynaflex Grizzly Binder features a premium surfactant package that promotes excellent wetting characteristics to fill holes, voids and self-level while maintaining its strength and stability.
DynaCushion Application
- Dynaflex DynaCushion is sports surfacing cushioning system that consist of an acrylic polymer emulsion DynaCushion Base layer that contains rubber particles, fabricated as a flexible and resilient cushion coating as well as a DynaCushion Top designed as a leveling cushion inter-layer for tennis courts and other recreational surfaces.
- Two applications of DynaCushion Base should be applied to the Grizzly Court prior to two applications of DynaCushion Top.
Dynaflex Acrylic Resurfacer
- Dynaflex Acrylic Resurfacer is a premium quality, highly pigmented, acrylic emulsion recommended for smoothing and filling texture on asphalt surfaces prior to application of Dynaflex DynaColor, Center Court or PicklePlay color coating.
- Grizzly Court needs two applications of Dynaflex Acrylic Resurfacer prior to applying the final color coating.
DynaColor, Center Court or PicklePlay
Color Coatings
Two applications of DynaColor, Center Court or PicklePlay color coating should be applied as the final layer of the Grizzly Court system to give the court a premium quality, highly pigmented finish that provides greater toughness, flexibility and longer service life.
DynaColor
DynaColor Acrylic Color Coating is a premium quality, highly pigmented, acrylic emulsion that provides greater toughness, flexibility and longer service life. DynaColor is also formulated with a surfactant package which promotes superior adhesion to concrete or asphalt surfaces. DynaColor contains no asbestos or mercury.
Center Court
Center Court is a tournament grade acrylic recreational surface. Center Court is a sand infused acrylic color concentrate designed for a nonskid, safe player experience. Available in nine standard colors and custom colors upon request, our Center Court allows you to unleash your creativity when designing your court layout.Engineered with premium acrylic polymers and reinforcing pigments, Center Court is long lasting, durable and even textured providing a non-glare surface with 50% reduced wear.
PicklePlay
PicklePlay is a tournament grade acrylic Pickleball surface. PicklePlay is a sand infused acrylic color concentrate designed for a nonskid, safe player experience. Available in 9 standard colors and custom colors upon request, our Pickle Play allows you to unleash your creativity when designing your court layout. Engineered with premium acrylic polymers and reinforcing pigments, Pickle Play is long lasting, durable and even textured providing a non-glare surface with 50% reduced wear.
White Playing Lines – Stripe Aid and Dynastripe
Stripe Aid
Stripe Aid is an acrylic latex-based coating that works as a line striping tape gap filler. Stripe Aid is used to seal the gap between a textured, colored pavement surface and the tape applied to the surface, assuring a straight line free of bleeding. Stripe Aid always requires that Neyra’s Dynastripe be applied as a top coat.
DynaStripe
DynaStripe is a premium textured acrylic line paint for tennis courts and other recreational surfaces. Formulated to be a fast drying, non-bleeding, long lasting and sun bleach resistant paint. DynaStripe is unlike most solvent-based striping paints and will not etch the asphalt.
